Rusk placed a small tray of neatly iced cupcakes on one of the front tables, free for anyone to try, (as long as they told him what they thought). He smiled to himself at the thought of someone enjoying his work, and calmly sat on a chair nearby, keeping an eye on the door as he leaned back and relaxed.
Making his way to the small diner in the town known as Sharance, Sengoku opened the door and entered to find pastries and other sweet treats. Noticing the blonde setting down a tray of cupcakes in front, he approached the table and smiled at the boy. “Well what do we have here? Cupcakes? Of what kind, if I may ask?” he humbly inquired.
Rusk eyed the man quickly before sitting up and giving him a small wave.
He nodded, “These are molten lava. You know, with chocolate inside of them. I just- I don’t know if I used the right filler. Either way, they’re super chocolately. And chocolate is always good.” He finished, smiling up at the man and awkwardly putting his chin in his hands and leaning on to the table. “Hello, by the way. What is your name?”

[He nodded, leaving her at the table to retrieve it. He brought along a sample of a sweet bread he just had made. Setting the glass of water in front of her, he smiled at her] Would you like to try this?
[Approaching her, holding a menu in front of him] Hello there. Would you like something to drink first? [Places the menu in front of her]
What? I remember your name, you’re that guy! [nodding as he takes a seat] So, what do you have for me this time? I haven’t been here in a long while, did you miss me lil’ man? [winks]
That guy? Oh. [Steps away to grab a menu and brings it back. Awkwardly holds it out with one hand] Ah, here. It has everything in it. Today I made lemon cake with raspberry mousse and I would really be glad if you tried it for me! [Clueless] I miss everyone that I haven’t seen for a while.
Hey there, Carlos. Forgot my name again? [Smiles] And ah, of course. We always have fresh food. What are you looking for?
-Nods slowly.- Ahh, so she’s not some scary person… I just had to make sure since I’ve been through a lot of weird dares today! I mean, you have no idea what I’ve gone through or what I’ve seen… You missed out on a guy wearing a cowgirl’s outfit~ -Trying to avoid the questions about Oracle all together.-

Mmhmm, his name is Azel and he seems like a pretty normal guy… Just going a bit too far with a dare than he had to. He had to say “TELL ME I’M PRETTY” to everyone… Haha… -Folds her arms across her chest and sighs.- As for me, I had to dress up like a possum and I’m supposed to be wearing a guy friend’s outfit for two days… Oh— I also had to go around kissing people and for some odd reason… Someone wanted me to give my underwear to a stranger. -Shakes her head slowly.-

A possum. At least it wasn’t a rat or something. I have definitely heard of the kissing though. Who tells you to do these things anyway, and why would you agree to do them? I suppose they might be exciting, but still…
Oh, yes. We plan to build right where we are. It may not be big, but we do not have many permanent residents - most people come and go freely. [blinks, looking surprised by his words] Well, I mean.. Someone who is a leader. People need to be able to trust my judgement. But… [frowns] I honestly am not even sure how to do so… I mean, I took on this role when I was still young, due to my parents dying… Plus, I cannot see myself being too interesting to most people, I spend most of my time working.. Ah! [she frowns all the more at the mention of his humanity. To Kuruna, this was the hardest thing about befriending humans, and she looked quite sad, lowering her eyes] Well, that is true… However, it just means you need to do your best to live your life as best you can, while you have the time.
Sorry, I must have spaced out if I didn’t hear you; I’m a bit hungry, heh.
Oh, but you are interesting. Especially to ordinary people like me. And, I don’t really know what people mean by that. “Living life to the fullest” and what not. If I am happy now, just getting by, I don’t see why I should change anything? I don’t hope to accomplish anything, really. I’m fine with working all my life. [Small shrug]
